Galaxy Tablets for K - 2nd Grade

For K - 2nd grade students our Galaxy tablet line up is second to none. Tablets range from 8” to 10” screens, they are all touchscreen for that intuitive visual learning user experience, and they can be equipped with keyboard cases, earphones and other accessories to round out the solution.

Chromebooks for 3rd - 12th Grade

For 3rd-12th grade students our Chromebooks are guaranteed to meet your student enablement requirements. From enhanced memory to that laptop experience, at an affordable price, and pre-configured with the suite of applications and Learning Management. Software (LMS) that your students need to succeed with their virtual classroom.

Support for End Users

Throughout a ‘year in the life of student’ several different issues can, and will, come up. From the first logon to the end of the year, Stratix trained and certified help desk staff are available for technical troubleshooting to support students and their guardians; keeping them logged in, engaged and learning.

The Stratix difference is two-fold; our onshore agents are trained to support your device types and we learn about your students environment so our support is targeted to address their specific needs and, we take the time to resolve your student issues on the 1st call.

We offer a HyperCare service that provides additional coverage and calls for a 90-day support period timed around the initial device rollout and subsequent annual start of year student roll-outs.

Throughout the school year Stratix Lifecycle services will handle all repair services seamlessly, so that your students don’t go without a device, and you can maximize the benefits of your program by ensuring that your devices stay working. We’ll handle all the warranty claims for you as well, but in reality, warranties typically cover less than 1% of issues that arise.

End of Year Device Support

At the end of the school year – you need to recover devices, clean and disinfect them, wipe data, reimage and possibly repair them for the students who will receive them next. That’s how you maximize your investment – use the same devices year over year.

But who has the time and resource to do that? Stratix does, we do this every day for our customers – and we have for 35 years.

Our technicians quickly configure hardware to provide the ideal out-of-the-box experience with carrier data plans activated and all software set up as needed.

Reverse Logistics: At the end of the school year, we can receive your device allotment in bulk shipments. Once received, our technicians securely wipe data, refresh the operating system and software, then clean and disinfect the devices for future usage.
